Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website, However,are NOT processed on weekends and holidays, most shipping also doesn't work well during and we may experience some delays from times listed below,
Orders placed on this site ships within 3-7 days, allow 2-3 days for your credit card payments to process online.
1.Stock products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your original order & will be eligible for exchange if it has evident of manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, color doesn't match the description, please feel free to contact us,or send an email to this email address with your name, address and order number to Email:email@example.com, our team will reply to you as soon as possible. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information.
2.No returns or exchanges on open Stock or Custom made 100% Human hair extensions products which are hygienic productions. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the product is intact and the LACE has not been cut.
3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.
4. All customers must contact us after shipping the package back and provide us with the tracking information with signature in order for us to process the refund with a way all parties are satisfied.
5. Customized products & Accessories, or special order items are ineligible for return/Refund/Exchange. Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
6. After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to our factories locations. Please send email about your order number and returned package number.
All orders within the US are shipped via Express USPS with receipt signature confirmation and $50 standard insurance, Its recommended to add the extra mail travel insurance to fight against damage or missing package after we've safely package mail , just added protection while traveling, if you'd like to add additional insurance, must contact us after placing the order as insurance is according to order amount needing coverage.
International orders typically take 5-14 business days for delivery and are shipped via Express USPS/EMS always with tracking/signature on pickup, fastest affordable express with signature so far have shipped all over the world all items arrived,
If you prefer by DHL/FedEx some additional fees needed .(Orders to Canada ship via USPS Express). DesiGner Virgin Hair Extensions reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method.
Any Customers may request special consideration for refunds by our team , upon approval we need up to 7-21 days to complete refund/Exchange. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping
charges. Upon approval, we'll issued a store credit online or Prepaid debit gift card.
